
Andrew Zhebrak is the Project Coordinator for the Juvenile Justice and Policy Oversight Committee. He has a background in legislative research and policy analysis, with experience in government, legal, and academic sectors. Andrew received his B. A in Government (with a minor in Philosophy) in 2024 from the University of Texas at Austin. While at UT-Austin, Andrew contributed to academic research as an undergraduate research assistant at the University of Texas at Austin’s School of Government. As a legislative intern in the Texas Legislature, Andrew supported his representative by conducting in-depth research on juvenile justice and other important policy issues. He further developed his legal expertise during his internship at the Greening Law Firm, where he assisted with case research and client advocacy efforts.
