Ryan Connick serves as the Senior Project Coordinator for the Transforming Children’s Behavioral Health Policy and Planning Committee (TCB). She leverages extensive experience in research, policy development, and project leadership to advance initiatives that improve outcomes for children and families. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an MS in Criminal Justice, and a Graduate Certificate in Criminal Investigations from the University of New Haven, where she is also pursuing a PhD in Criminal Justice. Her previous roles include serving as Provost Assistant at the Tow Youth Justice Institute and leading the development of the 2025 Gender Responsive Connecticut Landscape Analysis.
