Phase III: Targeted Technical Assistance
Provided tailored support to help programs implement performance measurement and data-driven practices. As well as, tracked the engagement of the 189 CBOs, categorizing them into “Priority Groups” based on their attendance at three key trainings.
Phase II: Community Development Group
Selected a group of 20 CBOs to help guide the development of performance measures and reporting tools. This group was chosen based on criteria such as geographic diversity, range of services, organizational size, and existing data capacity.
Phase I: Onboarding & Foundational Training
Created a robust PBA framework for YSP grantees.This included developing a menu of performance measures, creating user-friendly reporting templates, and establishing effective data collection methods. Rolled out to build a multi-phase training program to build a collective understanding of PBA and address common fears around data.
